Our client is a manufacturer of construction materials and the successful candidate will be tasked with marketing our clients portfolio of insulation products through specification and managing a network of merchants and distributors. This role consists of developing business on a project basis by promoting the products to architects, house builders, housing associations and contractors. 

We are seeking a field sales representative with experience selling a technically led building product via specification to architects. Ideally the candidate will have knowledge of building regulations and have also sold to contractors or house builders and managed the supply chain with distributors or merchants.

Ideally this person will come from a civils, drainage or heavyside product background with an experience selling to merchants and/or contractors. In terms of the person we need a commercially astute negotiator, someone confident with commercial sales channel.
